Vestas – Technician II (Mount Uniacke, NS)

In this position you’ll use your skills and experience to perform scheduled service, fault analysis/troubleshooting, and potential main component or blade work on wind turbines (wind turbine generators (WTG)). During a typical day, you will work at heights and in confined spaces, while being exposed to the elements of weather. At this site, we have turbines that are located across Nova Scotia with the majority located in the central mainland. Typically, you will work 5 days a week 8-10-hour shifts. This site has long term contracts that end well into 2030s. 

Potentia Renewables Inc. – Senior Manager, Project Development (Remote – anywhere in the U.S or Canada/Toronto, ON)

The Senior Manager is responsible for the development of renewable energy generation and storage projects, acting as the bridge from the project identification/acquisition stage through the construction stage to commercial operation.  The Senior Manager will manage the day-to-day management of projects under development, ensuring the project is completed on time and within budgetary requirements.

ENERCON Canada Inc. – Health, Safety & Environmental Advisor

ENERCON is seeking for Health, Safety & Environmental Advisor to fulfill a permanent full-time position located in Montreal, QC or Lethbridge, AB or Dawson Creek, BC. Reporting to the HSE Director, the HSE Advisor is responsible to guide and support internal clients in the application of legislation and regulations affecting health and safety in the wind industry. He will coach and lead operations on policies and practices to build a safety-first behavior-based culture and drive continuous improvement. Specifically, this requires collaborating with on-site teams to effectively align and implement programs, providing education and training, leading audit initiatives, capturing and following up on incidents.

ENERCON Canada Inc. – Transport & Logistics Manager (Montreal, QC)

ENERCON is seeking for Transport & Logistics Manager to fulfill a permanent full-time position located in Montreal. Reporting to the Project & Logistics Director, the TL manager will be responsible for planning and overseeing the dispatch routes to achieve contractual delivery times, conducting remedial planning to effectively manage the live changes to the plan.

Boralex Inc. – Manager, Environment and Community Relations (North America – for USA projects)

Reporting to the Manager, Environment and Community Relations, you will be responsible for managing the regulatory and environmental processes of renewable energy projects. In addition to the impact assessment process, you will be responsible for applying for permits from departments and municipalities and be called upon to carry out environmental monitoring during construction. You will also be responsible for the public consultation process to achieve the project’s social acceptability.
