Renewable Energy Systems Canada Inc. (“RES Canada”) is part of the RES Group, one of the most experienced developers and constructors of renewable energy projects in the world. Established in 1982, the RES Group comprises approximately 2,000 full-time employees who are dedicated solely to the development and construction of renewable energy projects. Globally, RES has developed and/or built over 17 GW of renewable energy and energy storage capacity and manages a portfolio of generation assets exceeding 5 GW. In the US, RES has developed and/or built over 9,000 MW of projects across various markets including ERCOT, PJM, and SPP. In Canada, RES has been either developer or constructor of some 2,500 MW of wind and solar projects in Alberta, Ontario, and Quebec. RES’ strengths stem from its in-house development, technical, engineering, and construction expertise. RES is uniquely positioned as both a developer and a constructor to optimize our project designs, transition smoothly from the development phase to the construction phase, and deliver projects safely, on-time, and on budget.
