Evan Wilson with CanREA said the moratorium was “a mistake” but it has given the industry time to work with rural Albertans on addressing some of their concerns. CanREA is working with the Rural Municipalities of Alberta on submissions to the regulatory inquiry. Wilson said the industry and rural leaders are hoping to “speak with one voice” as much as possible. “This doesn’t have to be an antagonistic process,” he said. Read more on CBC.
