Kruger Energy is a business unit of Kruger Inc. whose mission is to develop energy projects that promote the optimal and respectful use of natural resources. Taking into account hydroelectric, wind power, biomass cogeneration and biogas energy plants, Kruger Inc. and Kruger Energy manage 10 production sites totalling 300 MW of installed capacity, including the 101.2-MW wind farm at Port Alma, in the municipality of Chatham-Kent, Ontario.

EDP Renewables (“EDPR”), headquartered in Madrid, Spain, is a world leader in the renewable energy sector and the world’s third-largest wind energy producer. EDPR operates in the most attractive markets and is continuously expanding to new areas of the globe. EDPR has undergone exceptional development in recent years and aims to continue to grow and create value for shareholders and stakeholders. Our clients include major wind turbine manufacturers and developers, banks and lenders. We have acted as Banks and Owners Engineer for over 18,000 MW of operating wind farms worldwide, and have carried out energy resource assessments of over 80,000MW. DNV provides wind farm design and development services, and wind turbine design, analysis and certification support. DNV products include the Forecaster, which is used to provide short term forecasts of the wind energy production of wind farms, DNV Bladed, DNV WindFarmer and DNV SCADA, a leading independent wind farm management, information and reporting tool.

ACCIONA is one of the world’s leading renewable energy firms, having pioneered wind energy solutions for nearly 20 years.  ACCIONA Energy North America based in Chicago, IL, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of ACCIONA S.A.  We develop, own and operate wind farms, and through ACCIONA Windpower, we manufacture wind turbines for both our projects, as well as for third party clients. Our portfolio of renewable energy projects is diversified and growing. So far, we’ve invested in:
