Net-Zero Quebec—CanREA Summit

DoubleTree by Hilton Montréal (1255 Jeanne-Mance Street)
Montréal, Quebec

The Canadian Renewable Energy Association (CanREA) is proud to launch a new conference series this spring. Each CanREA Summit will be unique, offering a deep, focused and specialized dive into topics relevant to a particular region of Canada, such as energy storage in Alberta, achieving carbon neutrality in Quebec and financing the development of renewable energy across Canada.

Join us for the first-ever Net-Zero Quebec—CanREA Summit, coming to Montreal on May 14! This full-day conference will be the event of the year for Quebec’s exciting renewable energy and energy storage sector.

We’re expecting a high turnout from everyone working to achieve Quebec’s energy transition, eager for a deep dive on exactly what is needed to achieve Quebec’s net-zero targets by 2050.

Net-Zero Quebec will serve as a hub for discussions on such important topics as:

  • Spearheading the energy transition with sustainable investments
  • Combatting climate change through government incentives
  • Implementing Hydro-Québec’s Action Plan 2035 to procure as much as 200 TWh of renewable energy by 2050
  • Collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Getting to net zero in Quebec’s buildings, industry and transportation sector

With expert presentations, exhibitions and effective networking opportunities, this unique Summit promises to become a key event for Quebec’s renewable energy and energy storage industry.
Net-Zero Quebec is also the perfect prelude to CanREA’s networking reception, CanREA Connects—Quebec (separate registration required). Learn more about this additional evening event here.
